You can view all emails received by your accounts directly from our dashboard, including order confirmations, cancellation emails, login codes, and more.
Do I need to provide Outlook, iCloud, or any other emails when purchasing accounts?
No. You do not need to provide any email addresses when purchasing accounts from us.
What email addresses are the accounts registered with?
Our accounts are registered using a variety of our catchall email domains.
How quickly will I receive my accounts after purchasing?
Your accounts are delivered instantly to your dashboard after your purchase is completed.
Can I change the password or email address on an account after purchasing it?
Yes. After purchasing an account, you can change its password, email address, or other account information as needed.
What is the difference between SMS Verified Lite and SMS Verified Pro?
Lite uses lower-cost phone numbers that we cannot guarantee for 180 days. Lite accounts instead include a 7-day replacement warranty. Pro includes a 180-day phone number guarantee.

Open a support ticket and we will provide compensation in accordance with our 7-day replacement warranty.

What happens after the 180-day guarantee ends? Will the phone number be removed from my account?
After 180 days, we no longer own or rent the phone number attached to your account, so we can no longer guarantee that it will remain connected. The number will not automatically be removed when the 180-day period ends. While removal is possible after this point, it is uncommon.
